The fastest cooking xp is cooking karambwans using the 1tick method, which can earn you just under 1 mil xp per hour.
It's best to do this method at a range or on a fire that has a left click cook option, like the one at the Rogue's Den.
You profit quite a bit out of this method but it is tricky to consistently 1 tick. If youre not a fan of 1 ticking, making wines is the fastest viable cooking method.
