The fastest fletching method in OSRS is fletching dragon darts. This requires 95 Fletching and can earn you 3 mil xp per hour on average, and above 4 mil at high efficiency.
Fletching darts is best done on a touch screen computer or on a tablet. Its a little tricky on small mobile screens since the item icons are pretty small.
For every million fletching xp that you get, youll spend 9 mil, so its around 9 gp per xp, so from 95 to 99 it will cost around 120 mil but will only take 2 hours maximum.
